We’ll just go ahead and get the liberal reactions to this horrible, horrible story out of the way right up front: 1) Why are you reporting on brown people when plenty of white people commit the same crime? 2) Actually, illegals commit fewer crimes than American citizens. 3) Publishing this paints all undocumented persons as criminals.
Now that that’s out of the way, “undocumented” persons in the U.S. are criminals right off the bat, but with so many Democrats, including some presidential candidates, wanting to defund or flat-out abolish ICE, we thought it was important to show what a lack of cooperation with ICE can lead to.
As we said, this is horrible. And no offense to the people of Gaithersburg, but from what we’ve seen, you’ve got a gang problem.

UPDATE: According to ICE, both suspects in this child rape case are living in the U.S. illegally.
Palacios-Amaya was removed from the U.S. in 2014 and re-entered on an unknown date.
Barrera-Navidad received a “final order of removal” in 2016.

So the 28-year-old was deported but returned to the U.S., and the 29-year-old was ordered deported in 2016. Just as a reminder to those who want to abolish ICE, this is what they’re here to do — apprehend illegals who have removal orders against them.

The Montgomery Co. executive issued an executive order banning ICE from jails, leaving ICE to apprehend those with removal orders after they’d been released back into the public.
MORE: ICE has lodged immigration detainers against both accused child rapists.
This morning I emailed Executive Elrich’s spokesmen a handful of questions, including if Montgomery County plans to abide by the detainers in this particular rape case.
