As Twitchy reported Friday, the family of John McCain released a statement saying that the senator had chosen to discontinue medical treatment for his brain cancer — but that didn’t stop Tomi Lahren from calling him a RINO while campaigning for Dr. Kelli Ward in Arizona.
Brahm Resnik of KPNX TV delivered another shocker Saturday afternoon, posting a screenshot of a Facebook conversation in which a Ward staffer wondered if it was “just a coincidence” that the McCain family released their statement just as Ward was kicking off her bus tour.
