Women's March to assemble at NRA HQ to protest its 'direct endorsement of violence against women'

And here we go again, as proponents of the First Amendment prepare to affirm that they will not be intimidated by proponents of the Second Amendment.

The organizers of the Women’s March are so dedicated to freedom of speech, in fact, that they’re demanding the NRA immediately pull down from all social media the “irresponsible and dangerous” ad featuring Dana Loesch they claim is “a direct endorsement of violence … against citizens exercising their constitutional right to protest.”

As far and wide as that bogus claim has spread, the ad is no such thing; you can’t blame progressives, though, for not wanting to see the riots they’ve started in the streets and on college campuses played back for them in the full light of day.

Women’s March co-president Tamika Mallory seems to be taking the lead on this one, which handily keeps the spotlight off Linda Sarsour, who recently called resistance against Trump and the “fascists and white supremacists and Islamophobes” in the White House a form of jihad.

The march from NRA headquarters to the Department of Justice will begin next Friday, July 14, and conclude the following day. What’s the chance Women’s March protesters will bring along signs protesting Eric Holder and his Fast and Furious gun-walking program as they arrive at the DOJ?
