Media reports are beginning to stream in of an earthquake in North Korea near a known nuclear test site. At this point we’re not sure if earthquake should be inside scare-quotes or not, but South Korea reportedly claims the earthquake was man-made, and nations around the site of the event are coming to a similar conclusion.
