Important breaking news is lighting up Twitter tonight, as tweeters forward to each other what could be a clever Photoshop, but is almost certainly an authentic copy of Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz’ business card — bearing a clearly visible Gmail address. The incriminating card appears to have been uncovered by the crack news team at ABC News, specifically Jonathan Karl.
Rep. Chaffetz's House business card lists his Gmail address: http://t.co/dtRKpX2JN3 – @jonkarl pic.twitter.com/YBjW4E9nmJ

Would you care to explain this breach of government protocol, Rep. Chaffetz, or will your lawyer be holding a press conference in the morning? What’s that, you say?
not sure it matters that Chaffetz has a gmail address on his card, since Congress isn’t subject to FOIA/archive laws http://t.co/NmWJe6rKzS

@ABCPolitics @jonkarl trying to cover for #HillaryClinton. Pathetic. These aren't journalists, but cover-up artists.

@ABCPolitics @PaulBegala @jonkarl this story is tired. put it to bed, smother it, and then think about what you've done.

@ABCPolitics @jonkarl Are you angling for Hillary press gig? Obvious much. You're comparing apples to a boat. FOIA doesn't apply to MOC.
— Apryl Marie (@aprylmarie) March 4, 2015
–@ABCPolitics No FOIA in Congress. Plus it is probably illegal to fundraise on a House email. But you knew that I am sure….. @jonkarl

@ABCPolitics @jonkarl idiots, don't you know Members of Congress are not subject to the same records laws. They are not executive branch

Stay tuned for more breaking news:
.@jasoninthehouse points out Congress is not subject to the Fed Records Act. True. Also says he did not use govt funds to pay for his card
