Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas isn’t mincing words when it comes to the IRS scandal. While the spotlight this week has been on IRS Commissioner John Koskinen (with Lois Lerner hiding in the shadows somewhere), Cruz is calling on Attorney General Eric Holder to step up and appoint a special prosecutor to get to the bottom of alleged targeting of conservative groups (and perhaps Sen. Chuck Grassley as well).
