Yes, Rand Paul did quote a few lines from Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here” during his speech at CPAC Friday. He also quoted a few other people in his well-received speech.

Rand Paul just quoted William Lloyd Garrison, Baron de Montesquieu, Madison, and Pink Floyd in a single CPAC speech.

But it was the Pink Floyd quote which really captured the attention of the audience and the reporters covering the event.
