Steven Hayward’s rather lengthy piece in Forbes on the fate of Obamacare is well worth your time. In short, though, Hayward thinks a full repeal is on the horizon, likely pressured by Democrats facing tough campaigns in 2014, along with growing unpopularity due to cancelations and rate hikes.
