It turns out Biden relies on his binder full of answers even more than his press secretary does. We can’t make out what he’s mumbling during the first half of this clip, but we’re certain it was important. At the end, he talks about eliminating bounced check fees and overdraft fees.

And it looks like the blame for high gas prices has shifted again from Vladimir Putin and the war in Ukraine to the greedy oil companies, whom he demanded to bring down the prices at the pump today: “Do it now! Not next month … now.”
