As we say all the time, we try not to single out Twitter randos, and we also aren’t big on posting pictures of children. (We passed on a post by a woman who’d claimed they’d forged her 4-year-old niece’s birth certificate so she could get vaccinated — in part because it was probably a lie.) But parents are putting photos of their children out there; we told you earlier about the five-year-old who’d gotten vaccinated, allegedly in the child’s own words, “to protect me, Nan, my friends, my new teacher from the virus.”
We’re going to do it again because this is just insane (and the woman’s Twitter handle is obscured). She’s replying to former Texas lieutenant governor candidate Matthew Dowd (he hasn’t blocked her yet?) to show him a 16-month-old “learning how to be responsible” by wearing a mask. We’re appalled they even make masks that small.

Here’s the whole photo in case that got cut off:
Gross.
I’ve given up at this point

At that age they are just going to basically eat the mask. It will soaked in saliva and won’t do anything anyways.

Notice the child’s hand attempting remove mask – natural reaction – and parent’s hand attempting to prevent that

I have no words.

Mask wearing is saving lives 🤪🤪🤪🤪

We hope it’s an N95 mask and not one of those cloth ones that are little more than facial decoration.
16 months and practically POTUS. Wears a mask unnecessarily and has no control over his bowels.

16 months old and no hair.

That baby is no more than 9 months old. Whoever did this deserves the gas chamber.

This child will be scared for life from the absence of facial communication.

Unless it kept the mask on just long enough to tear it off.
Literally bad for a child's health and development of immune system

Not gonna lie. I'm triggered.

The responsibilities of a 16 month old are to…
1- Eat
2- Sleep
3- Grow
Wearing a mask is about a virtue signaling parent looking for validation and has nothing to do with a 16 month old's "responsibilities"…— Tigre Rising (@tigrerising) January 10, 2022
The interesting part is that I can't find that tweet on her page…she probably deleted it
— LaTrell (@TrellyCee) January 10, 2022
We couldn’t find it either; we’re guessing it’s gone.
Imagine wrestling a mask onto your baby for a second of clout.

Masking a child under two years old can cause suffocation. This is abuse.

Are they in their own house?

Even nuts like New York Gov. Kathy Hochul only mandated masks for children ages 2 and up.
