Here's video of Sen. Barack Obama defending the filibuster which he and President Biden now call a 'Jim Crow relic'

Now that Democrats have a 50-50 Senate and Vice President Kamala Harris as their tie-breaker, they’re all in on nuking the filibuster, and the talking point is that it’s a relic of the Jim Crow era — during his inaugural press conference, President Biden added that Republican efforts to pass voting reform “make Jim Crow look like Jim Eagle.” Fox News’ John Roberts this week reported that Democrats employed the filibuster 327 times last year.
