The Left has gone all-in on 'diversity, equity, and inclusion' for a long time now. It's not just a government policy -- it's invaded schools, entertainment, and businesses, too.
It's a forced, institutionalized racism that reveals how the Left really thinks: that minorities are incapable of getting ahead on their own skills and merits, and only Leftist woke policies can help them. And it's one the Left -- up to and including the President -- opening brag about.

The media and the Left are trying very, very hard to spin this reality and retcon history (looking at you, Axios), ignoring the fact Biden said he wanted a black woman for VP and not just the Supreme Court.
The Left wants DEI, the Left promotes DEI, the Left brags about how good DEI is.
Kamala Harris was picked as VP not because she was qualified for it, but because she checked boxes, according to THE LEFT'S OWN CRITERIA.
And, as always, certain factions on the right are shying away from pointing out this fact.
If it's not racist for the Left to use Kamala's race and gender to promote her candidacy and possible presidency, it is not racist to point out the fact her race and gender were the driving factor in her selection as vice president.
And that's how it should be argued. The Left cannot use race and gender as a net positive for Kamala's campaign and then say it's racist to point it out.
They're not focusing on her record. In fact, the media are actively scrubbing even their own previous reporting because they're not interested in facts, but in beating Donald Trump. Axios had no problem calling Harris the 'border czar' from 2021 up until about 15 seconds ago.
I've written extensively about how radically left-wing Kamala is: banning fracking, banning private health insurance, banning red meat, wanting an Australian-style gun confiscation, decriminalizing illegal immigration. Her record is atrocious.
She received zero delegates in 2020, and dropped out of the primary before Iowa. Voters soundly rejected her, which is why the Democratic Party had no plans to let voters decide who should replace Biden on the ballot.
And, let's be blunt: any criticism of Harris is going to be labeled as 'racist' and 'sexist', no matter how accurate or factual. It's the only card they've got left to play.
Which is why they're trying to say her race and gender are historic attributes that make her qualified for office and worthy of your vote, while getting defensive when anyone points out her race and gender are the only reasons she's in the position she's in now.
Tie the DEI portion to her record -- her radical leftism on every issue -- because without Biden picking her, she wouldn't be running for president today.
Stop playing this game on the Left's terms.
