Last week, Korean-American Kenneth Bae was sentenced to 15 years hard labor in North Korea for “hostile acts” against the government. So far, the U.S. hasn’t been able to make headway in getting Bae released, but maybe all this situation needs is a little basketball diplomacy:
I'm calling on the Supreme Leader of North Korea or as I call him "Kim", to do me a solid and cut Kenneth Bae loose.

C’mon, Kim. Do Dennis a solid, won’t you?

Talk about a diplomatic triumph.
