Second Amendment advocate and Townhall columnist Kimberly Corban doesn’t have Secret Service protection like President Obama, but that didn’t keep him from “mansplaining” guns to her.
Corban, a rape survivor, confronted the president about his gun control policies during a CNN town hall in January, where he advised her that a tragic accident was always a possibility when keeping a firearm in the home for self-defense.
Again today, Corban made it clear that she makes her own safe spaces now.
I'm a big fan of safe spaces. I create them everywhere I go by carrying concealed.

Don’t applaud so quickly, says Shannon Watts of Moms Demand.
.@NRA fails to mention that its annual meeting was a "safe space": no guns while their chief lobbyist spoke. But they want guns in schools. https://t.co/vH69boI5zC

Know what else is a "safe space" @NRA? The U.S. Capitol building our Congress sits in. No guns allowed. https://t.co/vH69boI5zC

Right. Because 24/7 armed guards, secret service, & metal detectors are completely sustainable for everyday citizens, @shannonrwatts. #NRA pic.twitter.com/2OER8ZgMtP

Another "safe space": the @NRA's headquarters. Visitors can only bring guns to onsite firing range, not into employee space. https://t.co/vH69boI5zC

If the @NRA wants guns in my kids' classroom, can't I take one into Wayne LaPierre's office? Guns around thee, but not me. #SnowFlakeAlert https://t.co/fnlEMIQffG

Hold that snowflake alert for a quick fact check.

1/2 Actually, both staff & visitors are allowed to open or concealed carry at @NRA HQ. There is even a range indoors, @shannonrwatts. Would

2/2 love to meet you there sometime for a safety course and help you understand why my right to choose self-defense is vital. @shannonrwatts
