It’s fascinating watching ‘journalists’ fumble around while blaming everyone and everything for their plight except themselves. Veteran CNN ‘journalist’ Christiane Amanpour is no different. Interviewer Sam Fragoso asked her the simplest question of her career.

A good question, which is of course brushed aside.
Amanpour immediately paints CNN as a victim of changing economics and touts CNN as a "tried, true, tested organization.
"She then recommends people do their own homework, and suggests NYT and CNN as trusted sources to use.
You know, the same outlets whose credibility has cratered.
They are simply not capable of recognizing or addressing the fact that fewer and fewer people trust them because they have proven themselves over and over again to be untrustworthy.
Instead, the blame always lies with a confluence of myriad external forces beyond their control.
Incredible.
Amanpour is considered top-tier in her dying ‘profession.’ It’s painful watching her struggle to identify what most Americans can plainly see. She spends almost three minutes blathering on and on without touching on the real reason the public distrusts the legacy media. (WATCH)

It’s not that ‘journalists’ have lost the ability to self-reflect; they’ve never possessed it. This deficiency is a defining trait of ‘journalism.’ Without self-reflection, they will not admit they have lied and are wrong; they cannot learn, and they will not grow. They’re forever stunted liars.
Amanpour blames a series of unfortunate events (paging Lemony Snicket) for the erosion of the public’s trust, when it's an unending parade of dishonest 'journalistic' hacks who bear full responsibility.

This is the actual argument
There’s no reason to blame President Donald Trump and viewers when the answer is in every mirror ‘journalists’ look into. The ones to blame are staring them in the face from every reflective surface.
Posters were laughing at Amanpour’s absurd suggestion that those who know ‘journalists’ lie should look to outlets that employ those liars for the truth.
