Then there was sudden silence on the Epstein front after Trump signed the bill to release the files. Now Democrats are on to their next hoax. You're not alone in feeling it's all too familiar.

Democrat Stacey Plaskett was discovered to be buds with Epstein after it broke that she was getting text messages from him during a congressional hearing. Oopsie. Then it broke that a political group representing Senator Hakeem Jeffries had invited Epstein to a fundraising dinner a few years back. Double oopsie.
Without missing a beat, Democrats and legacy media allies launched the ‘War Crimes’ hoax. It’s amazing how quickly the two can pivot. Posters see it.

It’s because so many of the Democrats march in lockstep with one another. Republicans are more diverse politically, so it’s harder for all of them to unite behind much of anything, and certainly not a hoax.
The string of failed hoaxes is a wonder to behold. Often Democrats will return to one if they think they can get more traction out of it.
It’s pretty incredible how fast they moved from Russia to Stolen Secrets to $147k accounting error to tariffs to DOGE back to tariffs to starting WWIII with Iran to Palestine to Epstein to War Crimes. They’re just hoping something sticks.

Democrats can’t give their audience too much new stuff. So when a hoax fails to gain traction, they circle back to the tried and (not) true tunes that worked well before. But even the ‘hits’ start to sound lazy and uninspired after a while.
