CNN’s Jake Tapper continues to tell us that he and his fellow ‘journalists’ can’t be trusted because they are blind to the world around them and extremely gullible. This was especially the case when ‘journalists’ started pushing the Biden White House’s ‘cheap fakes’ narrative. ‘We were duped!’ This is all a lame attempt to misdirect the public away from the fact that ‘journalists’ actively participated in trying to cover up Biden’s cognitive decline. This decline was obvious to tens of millions of Americans.
Tapper recently pushed the ‘gullible press’ narrative in an interview, focusing on all the 'gullibles' at The New York Times and The Washington Post. Guess who he didn’t mention? Yes, his CNN buds: Dana Bash and Brian Stelter. Were they not gullible, too?
Start here. (READ)
Jake Tapper explains how the Biden White House was able to “sell” the Cheap Fakes false narrative to a “gullible press” including NYT and WAPO.
What Jake fails to mention is that this “gullible press” included his own network.
Of course, the “gullible press” cover is a lie in and of itself — legacy media willingly ran the Cheap Fake hoax as part of the Biden coverup.
They weren’t gullible, they were complicit
Including CNN.
Here’s Tapper. (WATCH)

Hmm all so Jake Flapper can sell a book.

He’s the king of fake narratives.
Yep, all to make a quick buck and make himself the center of attention.
But, Tapper says he's not doing it for the money. (WATCH)
Jake Tapper squirms and stammers when asked if he wrote his book as a money grab:
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) May 29, 2025
“The idea that I would do this for money is just silly and not true."
The man lies for a living. You’d think he’d be better at it by now. pic.twitter.com/NfIA8RZNBV
Funny that he didn't seem to notice any of this for the past 4+ years.

Monetized ignorance? What a concept!
Tapper has turned himself into a human pretzel trying to explain and maintain all these narratives to deflect responsibility away from himself and his dying ‘profession.’
Jake’s playing narrator for a script he helped write. They gaslit the country, ran cover for Biden, and now want credit for noticing the fire.

You stutter like that when you’re scared the receipts might leak.
With every interview, Jake makes the case against his own network and the legacy media at large even worse.
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) May 29, 2025
Incredible.
He is definitely in a self preservation mode. Makes me wonder what he is planning for next.

Well, his CNN show’s viewership has cratered while he’s been promoting his book.
Posters say his message that ‘journalists’ are incompetent and gullible is breaking through. (WATCH)
So the bulk of Jake's argument is: "The press was too gullible to see what even normal Americans could ... but you should still continue to trust us anyway?" pic.twitter.com/efGDsEDl0S

That’s what they’re going with. They’ve learned their lesson now and will show it by going after Trump harder.
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) May 29, 2025
‘We purposefully chose not to go after Biden, so that means we must go extra hard after Trump!’ That’s what Tapper and his fellow hacks think is the takeaway for all their lying to the American people. Thankfully, we’re not as ‘gullible’ as they claim themselves to be.
