Young liberal women helped deliver this election to President Obama. After hearing about the Obama administration’s proposed rule regarding the contraception mandate, some of these voters are not happy campers.
Huge deal if Obama caves on #birthcontrol. We are talking millions of women in colleges, universities, hospital employment & dependents.

Cowardly. Just absolutely cowardly. Women depended on you, President Obama, and you let us down.

@katepickert @StephHerold @erintothemax Still reading, but opt-out looks VERY broad – which shouldn't be acceptable to anyone.

Disappointed in President @BarackObama's decision re: birth control today. Thousands of people working at religious institutions need bc!

Bless their hearts. They voted for birth control pills and instead they’re getting War on Women™.

Actually, the exemption applies only if your employer happens to be a religious organization, such as a church. Hobby Lobby and other businesses don’t get to opt out.
Hobby Lobby atty reaction to HHS: “Today’s proposed rule does nothing to protect the religious liberty of millions of Americans."

But some liberals want no exemptions whatsoever.
Exit question: On a scale of 1 to 10, how big will Sandra Fluke’s freak-out be?
