Earlier, I wrote about the liberal media’s latest line of attack against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas: that Thomas’ longtime friend Harlan Crow paid the private school tuition for Thomas’ great nephew, whom the Thomases took in and raised as though he were their son.
More revelations on the financial ties between Clarence Thomas and billionaire pal Harlan Crow:

Logic and sanity would dictate that this supposed major scoop would be dead on arrival. But that’s not what happened, of course. Instead, the MSM has been pouncing and seizing and thrusting all over it, despite the fact that according to the Supreme Court’s ethical rules, Justice Thomas did not do anything wrong.
But if the media aren’t going to let the truth get in their way, we sure as hell can’t expect the Democrats to do it, either. That’s why we’ve got Dems like Minnesota Sen. Tina Smith taking this deflated, hole-ridden ball and running with it in a totally predictable direction:

Bingo. The Democrats, in their outrage over not consistently getting their preferred outcome, are looking for any excuse to justify packing the Supreme Court until there are enough justices to greenlight every single preferred Democratic Party policy with the majority opinion. And this “high-tech lynching” of Clarence Thomas definitely fits the bill.
