As Twitchy told you yesterday, Sen. Bob Menendez responded to a polite Green New Deal question from Daily Caller reporter Henry Rodgers by threatening to call the Capitol Police on him. If that’s not an attack on our Democracy, we don’t know what is. But there doesn’t seem to be much of an outcry from the Guardians of Truth over this incident.
In fact, the Washington Post’s Dave Weigel is actively cheering Menendez on:

Trump attacking CNN is an attack on the first amendment and democratic institutions.
Menendez attacking and threatening a reporter from a right-leaning publication is apparently praiseworthy.
