Glenn Greenwald takes aim at Eric Boehlert in 'weird circular firing squad'

In a recent opinion piece for the Washington Post, socialist dinosaur Bernie Sanders laid out his proposed “bold agenda” for House Democrats:

With a sense of urgency, Democrats must have the courage to take on powerful special interests and fight for a progressive agenda that addresses the needs of working families. https://t.co/nhscfSSsiz

Shareblue Media’s Eric Boehlert (formerly of Media Matters) didn’t especially care for Sanders’ suggestions:

such a weird look—male member of Senate lecturing female House leader abt what House agenda should be https://t.co/JZwiYSjOGn

That didn’t sit well with Glenn Greenwald, who called Boehlert out on it:

Such a weird look – some straight white WASPy guy telling a Jew he's not allowed to express opinions about the best agenda and political values for the Congress of his own country. David Brock employs people with some really dark and ugly behavior: pic.twitter.com/dbRNXr3UaK

I'm shocked, shocked, that a Media Matters operative would be a hack.

He (along with much of the ShareBlue crowd) has an obsessive hatred for Bernie Sanders that is pretty clearly anti-semitic at least in significant part. I usually let it go, but after things like Pittsburgh and recent threats of violence, now isn't the time to overlook it.

There’s something amusing about anti-Semite apologist Glenn Greenwald calling out Eric Boehlert for Jew-splaining to Bernie Sanders.

This is a weird circular firing squad. https://t.co/QS13SS721i

Yeah it is. But we’re here for it.
