As Twitchy told you, Jim Acosta’s still on pretty thin ice with the White House, although they have reportedly just restored his hard pass:
BREAKING: CNN says the White House has fully restored Acosta’s press pass:
“As a result, our lawsuit is no longer necessary. We look forward to continuing to cover the White House.”

If he doesn’t want to cause another fuss (and that’s a big if, because he’s Jim Acosta), he’s going to have to be more cognizant of the rules:

Not much change here. After all, there's long been a discretionary second question at briefings. Sometimes — many times — @PressSec grants them, sometimes she does not.

OK then.
I really wonder how courts are going to look at this.
To me…these seem to be reasonable rules. But who knows. https://t.co/eQjEQf5svV

To be fair, Jim Acosta isn’t a terribly reasonable person.
The fact that Jim was incapable of acting this way without a list of rules is pretty sad.

It really is.
And forever shall they be known as "The Acosta Rules"
