'Taking the high road': Ted Cruz responds to Mark Halperin's so-called 'apology'

As Twitchy reported, earlier today, Mark Halperin issued a half-assed non-apology apology for questioning Ted Cruz’s Cuban-American authenticity.

Sen. Cruz has responded:
