GOP Sen. Rand Paul believes that ex-CIA director John Brennan still has top security clearance, which would probably fall under the umbrella of “Whoa If True.” After discussing the unconfirmed scoop with Tucker Carlson last week and saying, “If [Brennan] has security clearance, it’s absolutely alarming,” Paul is vowing today to confront Donald Trump about it:
