That's a vastly disingenuous mischaracterization of Florida's 2000 recount and know know it. Gore's camp only wanted some votes recounted, most overseas ballots scuttled (because, get this, they were LATE) and when Bush's campaign said statewide, Gore's campaign tried to stall.
