As Twitchy reported earlier, Trump shut Jim Acosta down (for the most part) during the joint U.K. press conference.
"CNN is fake news. I don't take questions from CNN!" Trump says at Chequers. "John Roberts of Fox. Let's go to a real network."

And as you would expect, MOST of Twitter thought this was quite funny mainly because the combative way CNN covers Trump has become a serious joke on social media. The only people who didn’t seem amused by Trump’s dismissal of Acosta were CNN peeps like Chris Cillizza.
If you are cheering this, ask yourself what your life would be like with a media that only did things the president liked https://t.co/xkN2DvAcS6

Please tell us he didn’t really say this.
You guys did this with Obama … you ‘member.
Like you did with Obama? Like that? https://t.co/mK9Jm6MqOe

Ummmm, does the name “Obama” ring any bells?

Usually you have to hand some one a shovel, but CNN bought a backhoe for their reporters.

You people really have ZERO self awareness, do you. Go back and look at your reporting 08-16. Come back with some ACTUAL times you did anything Obama didn't like.

If having zero self-awareness was an Olympic sport CNN would always win the gold.
Oh. So like, 2008 – 2016?

He seriously set himself up for this so perfectly.
You really just asked this?
— KlubberDLang (@klubberdamnlang) July 13, 2018
Your self-awareness score is minus infinity dude.

And they wonder why we make fun of them.
