We’ve lost track of the number of candidates who’ve declared their run for the Democratic nomination in 2020 — Montana Gov. Steve Bullock was either No. 22 or 23 — but that number is expected to climb by one on Thursday when New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio reportedly will enter the race.
