That older male member of the GOP was, of course, her Democratic colleague John Yarmuth. She deleted the tweet — without any explanation or apology of course — but she’ll never be able to delete her own ignorance.
Not only is John Yarmuth a Democrat but he’s Chair of the House Budget Committee. So clearly AOC is paying keen attention and working hard on Capitol Hill.
