'I did not understand': Pete Buttigieg is backpedaling from a 2015 quote in which he indicated that your life matters

South Bend Mayor and presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg apparently stepped in it in 2015 because he uttered the phrase “all lives matter.”

Now, he’s saying … what?

“At that time, I was talking about a lot of issues around racial reconciliation in our community. What I did not understand at that time, was that phrase, just early into mid-2015, was coming to be viewed as a sort of counter slogan to Black Lives Matter.”

How is he unaware?

Either he thinks all lives matter or he doesn’t.

No one has a copyright on a phrase.

It’s totally okay with Buttigieg and the Left for babies to be killed, illegal immigrants to flood into our nation and a Green New Deal to bankrupt just about everyone.

But saying “all lives matter” is the thing that’s a dealbreaker.
