On Tuesday, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo met with President Trump at the White House. Cuomo has blamed the federal tax code for New York state’s drop in collected taxes:

What are the odds of Cuomo accepting that invitation? He’d much rather try to keep taxpayers all around the country on the hook for subsidizing his state’s outrageous taxes.
