It’s been about two weeks since the alleged hate crime against “Empire” star Jussie Smollett, and it doesn’t feel like we’re much closer to understanding exactly what happened. And it seems we can thank Smollett himself for that.

What does “limited and redacted” mean, exactly? Shouldn’t Smollett want the police to have as much information as possible so they can find and arrest his alleged assailant?

Ummm…why "redacted"? And how does CPD accept that? For all they know those redacted names and numbers are integral to finding out whether this was real or just a set-up.
