Something to hide? Jussie Smollett finally turns phone records over to Chicago PD — but there's a catch

It’s been about two weeks since the alleged hate crime against “Empire” star Jussie Smollett, and it doesn’t feel like we’re much closer to understanding exactly what happened. And it seems we can thank Smollett himself for that.

The records for the phone he initially refused to turn over, that is.

What does “limited and redacted” mean, exactly? Shouldn’t Smollett want the police to have as much information as possible so they can find and arrest his alleged assailant?
