Tuesday’s voting in Georgia’s 6th congressional district is still too close to call, but it’s looking like Democrat candidate Jon Ossoff could face a runoff election in the race to replace former GOP Rep. Tom Price, who is now the Secretary of Health & Human Services. But no matter how Tuesday’s special election turns out, the former spokesman for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign spotted a path to victory for Democrats next year:
