At 9:03 p.m. with the Atlanta Falcons sitting a big lead in the Super Bowl, Hillary Clinton’s former spox Brian Fallon decided to make a joke, riffing off of a pro-Trump talking point that Trump won the popular vote if you excluded California and New York:

The Patriots are winning if you exclude California and New York.
