TIME’s Joe Klein was on “Morning Joe” a few minutes ago to discuss Donald Trump’s appearance last night at the Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski hosted town hall, and let’s just say things got a little animated.

Klein also said Trump is no Reagan, compared him to “Caligula” and suggested he was controlled by his “highly developed lizard brain” (definition of “lizard brain” as it applies in psychology here).
