#BaltimoreUprising activists allege City Hall occupiers 'denied basic human rights'

Protesters occupied Baltimore City Hall last night during a committee vote on making Deputy Police Commissioner Kevin Davis the replacement for the fired Anthony Batts. Among their list of demands was “more disruptive spaces” for protests.
