There are some days when you really appreciate Sally Kohn and Joan Walsh both being on social media to share their thoughts. Coincidentally, these are the same days you find yourself wistfully nostalgic for 1978—1983, that peerless era of classic Cheech & Chong movies.

We admit our minds were blown after this take on racism from yesterday:

Is the point that whites are so fragile as to be like eggshells? Like how presidential candidate Martin O’Malley cracked under the pressure of a rowdy audience and said “all lives matter”?

Or is there some deeper meaning? Perhaps privileged white people like Kohn and Walsh gain more for themselves by writing these sorts of tweets than we do by reading them. Hmm …
