Did president have ulterior motive in scolding Scott Walker over right-to-work law?

As Twitchy reported, President Obama issued a statement Monday night saying he was “deeply disappointed” in Wisconsin’s new right-to-work law. Was it just a temper tantrum on the president’s part, or was there something more to it?

It’s well known that President Obama can pick up the phone when he wants to, reaching out personally to Sandra Fluke, Michael Sam and Jason Collins, fox example, while ignoring the families of Chris Kyle and Brian Terry. Similarly, with so many states already having right-to-work laws, why make a big deal out of Gov. Scott Walker adding Wisconsin to the list?

One theory that’s being passed around: maybe Obama and the Democrats are deliberately trying to set up Walker as the GOP nominee.
