Reports of a suspicious package have closed the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel Tuesday night, leaving traffic backed up into the United States and Canada. A bomb unit is reportedly on the scene.
A source tells me a bomb has been found in a car at the Windsor tunnel to Detroit. The tunnel is closed and Windsor bomb unit is on site.

CBC News reports that two men entering Canada were detained and sent to secondary inspection, where authorities found a suspicious package inside their vehicle.

That suspicious package is reported to have contained a smoke bomb, while brass knuckles, a knife and switchblade were found in the car.

The two men in custody are from Michigan.
