With recent security breaches shining a spotlight on the effectiveness of the Secret Service’s protection of the White House, Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tenn., expanded on the list of possible security enhancements:
Asked about digging a moat around the WH, Clancy said USSS first working on improving fence security but keeping it "pleasing to the eye."
