Chris McDaniel: 'We haven’t conceded'; More allegations of fraud surface [audio]

Mississippi senatorial candidate Chris McDaniel told radio host Mark Levin Wednesday night that he hasn’t yet conceded to Sen. Thad Cochran and doesn’t intend to do so without an investigation. “We know many of those Democrats did vote in the Democratic primary just three weeks ago, McDaniel said, “which makes it illegal.”

The Right Scoop has the audio:

McDaniel said that 35,000 Democrats crossed over to vote for Cochran: a move which would violate a state statute “that you cannot participate in a primary unless you intend to support that candidate.”

Statistician Nate Silver noted that Cochran would have lost by around an 8 percent margin without a large turnout in Democratic-leaning African American counties.

There were reports of a flier being distributed with the heading, “The Tea Party intends to prevent blacks from voting on Tuesday.” Tweeter Charles C. Johnson, who posted that flier to Twitter, claims to have even more proof of fraud costing McDaniel the election.
