Report: Deputy opposition leader in Ukraine believed hit by shrapnel

As Twitchy reported, Kiev is literally in flames tonight as police clash with anti-government protesters. Interfax is reporting that Oleksandr Turchynov, deputy to opposition leader Arseniy Yatsenyuk, was shot while on stage in Independence Square.

Newer reports, however, suggest that Turchynov was hit by shrapnel and not a bullet.

A bit of confusion on the stage is understandable, considering the circumstances.
