In case you missed it, researchers recently embarked on an Antarctic expedition to prove that climate change is causing polar ice caps to melt. The shipped promptly became trapped in massive blocks of ice. Whoops.

Now, we could have a discussion about the validity of environmentalist claims about climate change, but first, we should just be glad that the expedition ended on a positive note: escape to safety.

We’re glad everyone made it out safely. Hopefully someone will remember to pack the de-icer next time.

Update:

Something for Turney and his fellow climate change scientists to keep in mind for next time?

Ouch.
