President's minimum wage proposal still falls short of 'living wage'

Organizing for Action, also known as @BarackObama, has turned its laser-like focus back to a federal minimum wage, which the president would like to raise to $10.10 an hour, in part to ensure that all workers earn a “living wage.” OFA’s own map, however, shows that a $10.10 minimum wage nationwide would still leave workers in cities like New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., well below that living wage.
