The "Power to the People" concert was basically just another anti-Trump event, but just to make that abundantly clear here's Tom Morello's contribution:

Stunning and brave.
Do you know who else was there? Totally down-the-middle former special counsel Jack Smith.
During a congressional hearing late last month, Smith defended his objectivity and apolitical positions during his career, especially during the Trump investigations:
“Anybody who has worked with me and knows me during the course of my career knows that I would not let politics play a role. And I would just add that if you knew the people I worked with, they would not either,” Smith said. He lamented what he called an unprecedented assault on the rule of law by the Trump administration, along with terminations of his team that he said had deprived the government of crucial expertise and made the country less safe.
“That has never happened in my career. I have never seen anything remotely like it in any Republican or Democratic administration,” he said.
Fast forward to Smith in attendance at the Power to the People concert while wearing a shirt that we can picture Rachel Maddow or AOC wearing.

It's nice to know that politically neutral, unbiased and totally not corrupt Jack Smith wore this shirt to the hypocritical commie fest called the "power to the people" concert. https://t.co/SFwAUZfMyS

This is nonpartisan Special Counsel Jack Smith… Wearing an anti-Trump shirt at an anti-Trump concert sponsored by an anti-Trump nonprofit which is funded by an anti-Trump billionaire. What a scam. https://t.co/mfbIp4rfpd

Jonathan Turley pointed out the obvious about this.
Given the attacks from the right and the recent congressional hearing, one would think that Smith would want to avoid public appearances of bias or activism for a bit longer. Instead, this only works to reinforce the narrative of his critics. https://t.co/w3d3f9oWfo

Smith clearly doesn't care and wants the accolades from his fellow travelers in the TDS crowd.
He flaunted his presence and his overgrown grudge costume as a huge FU to Republicans and the administration. Smith fears no consequences over what he did—and might have good reason to be so publicly smug.

Recall that Jack Smith spent $50 million in two years and we still don’t know how much of it went in his pocket

Let's also not forget that Smith subpoenaed checks from thousands of Americans who donated as little as $1 to Trump's campaigns. That sounds like more "No Kings" projection from an activist Democrat poorly disguised as an objective prosecutor.
