Shooting Outside High School Football Game in Minnesota Blamed on Somali Gangs

There was a shooting outside of a high school football game in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, on Friday night, and both Gov. Tim Walz and Sen. Amy Klobuchar have come out calling the gun violence completely unacceptable.

"… Minnesotans from violence."

Townhall's Dustin Grage is “the Minnesota guy with the receipts,” and he suspects that Somali gangs were involved. It was just a couple of months ago when Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison hoped that two rival Somali gangs would abide by an injunction keeping them in a "safety zone" at the Minnesota State Fair. There had been online chatter about "the biggest battle of the summer" being planned by the Somali “Ville” and “Muddy” gangs.

House Majority Whip Tom Emmer weighed in, and his take was a little different from Walz's and Klobuchar's:

The post continues:

… Somali gangs are terrorizing our communities and putting our children’s lives at risk. @FBIDirectorKash is on it and understands the threat, but Minnesota’s local and state leaders continue to do NOTHING. It’s about damn time Walz, Flanagan, Ellison, and their local DFL lackeys get off their backsides and do something.

Walz enjoyed a good ratio for his gun violence post:

Walz considers all Minnesotans friends and neighbors and the fabric of the community. It's a mystery who could be behind this.
