Here's some news from the U.K. that has reached President Donald Trump's desk, because the RAF base at Fairford is also used by U.S. military personnel. Early Sunday morning, police responded to a call about three suspicious vehicles near the air force base. Five men were arrested on suspicion of offenses under the Explosives Act and preparation of a terrorist act under the Terrorism Act. In a country where you can be arrested over a Facebook post, it surprised quite a few when all five men were released on bail on Monday.

Prime Minister Andy Burnham posted that the incident was "deeply concerning for local residents and for many people following developments across the country." Around 85 homes in the vicinity were evacuated as a precaution.

There's a rumor going around that the reason they were released on bail so quickly is that this wasn't an attempted terrorist attack, but a diesel fuel theft that went wrong.
