A little earlier this month, there was a Senate committee hearing on biological males participating in women's sports.
It's a big issue, especially with the midterms right around the corner, and the Democrats on the committee obviously didn't want to be on the record when it comes to opposing the side of science and sanity. So they just didn't show up:

Naturally, when it comes to whatever the Democrats do or don't want to get any attention, they can count on the legacy media to be there. Or not there as it were:
