Remember when President Joe Biden, while providing aid to Israel, at the same time decided to have American troops build a floating pier off Gaza to assist ships in unloading aid for the Palestinians? There wouldn't be boots on the ground — they'd build the dock offshore and then push it onshore. The dock lasted less than a month, and it wasn't widely reported at the time that one service member died during its construction … which makes me question whether The Washington Post is talking about service members who've died in combat or not.
