California Gov. Gavin Newsom has been working hard to try and set up a run for the Democrat presidential nomination in 2028, but it's possible that Kamala Harris and many others will challenge that.
It looks like CNN's Jake Tapper went fly fishing recently with Newsom, and we learned that things might change if Kamala Harris runs for the Democrat nomination ahead of the next presidential election.
