A New York Councilwoman has had some pointed words for Hasan Piker and his Uncle Cenk is not happy about it.
NY City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino (R) said @hasanthehun should go back to where he came from. Well I was there when he was born. That was in NJ. I guess she wants him closer to her. She also said, “Oh Hasan Piker, I’d love to have you with me in a room for five minutes." Meow!

This is the real story of Cenk Uygur’s nepo nephew.
Hasan Piker was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, then taken back to Turkey and raised in Istanbul and Ankara. He didn’t grow up here. He came back as an adult for college and walked into a job at his uncle’s network.
Hasan's own words fill in the rest: his parents were “sneaky” about it. Have the baby in America, lock in citizenship, then leave. That’s birthright citizenship used as a loophole, not as a childhood spent in this country.
A lot of other countries don’t treat a hospital birth as enough. If you leave as a child and return as an adult, they want some real tie first — residence, family life, upbringing — before they hand you full, permanent membership.

It was always the plan.
His mother literally used our system to get him citizenship, and then took him back to Turkey, but you know this. This is exactly why so many people think birthright citizenship is a scam, and its because of people like you're family.
